Everyone in my family was feeling very satisfied and happy that they could help out. At times I still drive by those people to whom we distributed the blankets, and sometimes I think that they’re there happy and warm because of me and my family. They would remember this and talk about it with others and spread the kindness themselves as good deeds should not just be done, but also talked about, promoted, and spread.

We visited the village again after a few days and met with Amma curious to know how she feels now. She said after applying the gel she feels very relaxed. Amma didn’t stop showering her blessings on us and thanked us a lot for our service and efforts. A big Thank you came from her to all of us on our team. The treatment we do is absolutely free as this helps us learn, provides free service to the people who can’t afford and creates a win-win situation.
The gift of blood is a gift to someone’s life!!!!
This blood was going to be donated to the hospital where families could not afford to purchase it as the cost can run very high depending upon the supply. Helping a stranger, to whom we even don’t know a bit, by donating your blood is humanity.
Seva the Serving (STS) spreading kindness
The family now has a better shelter, his father is getting additional treatments that they couldn’t afford otherwise and also the child is starting to get some education.
Donation to the Westford Food Pantry
I really like this event at my school because it can really help the people that have been struggling with life. I think this event can be really helpful and helps us children understand the true meaning of being kind and helping other people. I hope to continue helping others with my little efforts in the future also.
Run for Unity
To commemorate The Iron Man of India, in the year 2019, on his 144th birth anniversary, “The Statue of Unity” was inaugurated in the state of Gujarat, whose total height is 182 meters (597ft), making it the tallest statue in the world.
Howling winds, stormy night, falling trees but there was help
I witnessed what happened next, also the best part of the night, the bungalow right where this accident happened had its massive doors slide open, and 4-5 people with more flashlights came out with 4 tall, very tall dogs in chains. It was a scene that was no less than from a movie. Today I can tell that these dogs were Great Danes, but then they looked nothing less than scary beasts.
We don’t need to have deep pockets, to give.
In today’s time, not many people can be seen doing something nice for people who are in need and my uncle did so much for that old person. My uncle is really a very nice person. My maternal grandparents had expired long ago, that time his age was twenty-one and he helped a lot of destitute people. We hope to find more such stories in our society and bring them to you. My uncle did this on the occasion of Diwali and says that he feels really good inside his heart that he could provide.
Time to beat the hunger
Their prices could barely cover the cost of the material in general. Sita Rasoi would get funding for their noble deed from the people who could give to the needy, like the rich people, or just someone who wanted to spread kindness.
Blood donation will cost you nothing, but it will save someone’s life
Everyone’s way of helping is different, and there is definitely something to learn from everyone. Our karma teaches us that we should help everyone without any expectation to receive something in return and sometimes life also gives us a message, we just have to read it, understand it, do something about it and pass it on.
